KACEY KING

A Jamaican-born, Florida-raised certified personal trainer through NASM, specializing in strength training and weight loss. Her fitness journey began as a varsity swimmer in high school, where she developed discipline, endurance, and a strong foundation in athletic performance.

She further discovered her passion for fitness in college, where she began training several friends and helping them achieve real results. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kacey started sharing her fitness journey online, using social media as a platform to inspire, educate, and connect with a broader community.

With a coaching style that blends structure, motivation, and real-life sustainability, Kacey focuses on creating results that last beyond quick fixes. She is dedicated to empowering her clients through education, accountability, and confidence-building both inside and outside the gym.
